Distance Requests

Club secretaries can apply for distances by e mail in the following format only.

Quote Organisation number only in the subject box ie SW123

4100,SW1234
4100,SW2345
4100,SW3456
4222,SW1234
4222,SW5678 

etc 

There must be a comma after the libsite code, then the loft number with no spaces.  Ideally these should be sent on the e mail form, text document or as a word attachment (not Excel).  We will endeavour to return these within 72 hours but please bear in mind that the ever increasing popularity. 

Individual members applying for distances must apply by post as there is a charge

In order to measure a loft location and calculate a latitude and longitude you need to pin-prick the loft location on an Ordnance Survey map.

The map must have grid lines and grid line numbers clearly shown.
 
Please write the members name, loft number and date on the back of the map and it must be signed by a club official before you submit it to the RPRA Racing Support Office.

If you have a large map you might want to take a photocopy of the section depicting the loft. DO NOT enlarge or shrink the scale of the map but ensure the grid lines and grid line numbers are clearly shown. If necessary you can write the grid line numbers on the photocopy.
 
The charge for a loft location is £3.00 plus return postage for your map and any distances you request at the same time.


The General Manager regrets that wef 18 April 06 distance requests not sent to the correct e mail address will not be processed.
