All birds (except YF classes) to be penned by 7.00pm, Friday 23^rd January 2009

YF birds to be penned before 7pm Friday or between 9am-10am Saturday 24^th

No pigeon may be removed before 3.30pm, Sunday 25^th January 2009.

Judging

Friday 23^rd January 2009 – from 7.30pm

Delivery of birds

All birds to be delivered and collected by hand - No bird is to be sent by rail

Class entry fee

£1.75 per pigeon - Cheques must be made payable to ‘BHW Show of the Year’

All one day tickets £5.00 each – no concessions

Free entry to under 18s and wheelchair attendants

Charity donations and the 2009 Show prizes will be presented on

Saturday 24^th January commencing at 3.00pm in the Empress Ballroom

The auction will take place on Saturday 24^th January at 11.30am in the Opera House.

Viewing from 10.30am in the Floral Hall.

Draw will take place Sunday 25^th January - at approximately 2.30pm.

Tower Ballroom. Saturday 24^th January - doors open 7.30pm

Presentation of the RPRA Awards will be held during the evening.
