We are only able to supply rings to paid-up RPRA members, which is why they do not appear here. Please see this page for further details on ring prices and how to order them.

Delivery policy

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming what you have ordered. We will then process your order and you will receive another email when it is ready to be shipped. Please allow normal posting times for delivery once you have received the completion of order email.

Online Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can cancel your order/s and return your item/s within 14 days of delivery, for a refund of the goods. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
