Chloe’s over the moon!

Chloe Sherwood in Yeovil managed to get a free entry into the RPRA One Loft Race for her school, Ansford Academy, via the South West Region. She told us:

“Guess what – when I looked on the schools’ result for Hotspot 1 we were actually 1st, winning £50 for my school! Our bird came 70th overall, 42 seconds behind the winner. Her breeding is 100% Rik Cools Vandebeele, bloodlines National II x Aske Dahlia lines. I would like to thank the South West Region for this opportunity and helping me and my school to compete. I’m over the moon!”

Update from Chloe, 4th October
I was pleased to receive the prize cards for my school, Ansford Academy, and a cheque for £100 for the two 1st prizes in Hotspots 1 and 4 of the RPRA One Loft Race. The school have named our bird Miss Cools as both of her parents came from Rik Cools. The money is going towards some new P.E. equipment we need. Everyone at the school had great fun following the races; although our bird was late home in the final, she is now back in the loft for next year’s Yearling events. Also in the picture is the nest mate to the bird I sent to the RPRA One Loft Race.
