The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force today, Friday 25th May 2018, and we now have a greater responsibility to ensure the personal data we hold on members is accurate, securely stored and only used for the purpose of pigeon racing administration.

Club Secretaries – please see the attached notice of guidelines for clubs. We have also uploaded a sample Club Membership Form and Club Privacy Document template. (N.B. These last two downloads are Microsoft Word documents in.zip format – once you have downloaded them, unzip them to a folder of your choice, and you will be able to edit the document.)
