Pat Mitchell RIP

It is with great sadness that we advise that Mr Pat Mitchell has passed away. Pat was a long-serving RPRA Councillor, served as RPRA President 2005-2007, and was also President of the RPRA North East Region for several years. We extend our deep sympathy to Pat’s family and friends.
