To comply with the General Licence for Bird Gatherings, the government’s Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) require pigeon racing organisations to notify them of liberation sites and dates, and contact information for the organisers, so that they can be passed to local authorities.

Organisations complete and return this form along with their race programme at the start of the season, and the RPRA duly notifies APHA of races weekly throughout the season.

Organisations planning training tosses, a sale, show or exhibition, must submit the same form beforehand direct to the APHA either by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to:
